Blinzler Transporte: 30% productivity boost thanks to VSE Steering
Uwe Blinzler Transporte of Neuses, located in Bavaria, Germany, is a small family business with three tractor units and several semi low-loaders. The company is specialised in the transport of agricultural machinery. When considering the purchase of a new trailer, two important aspects owner/director Uwe Blinzler looks for are that he can carry loads with the greatest possible height and that he is able to utilise the maximum load capacity. Every bit as important, though, is that the new trailer will still allow him to safely and responsibly reach the loading and unloading sites on the many old farms he visits. He brought up all these aspects during his discussion with trailer builder Recker.
De Heus Voeders reaches customers more easily with VSE steering
Internationally operating feed company De Heus recently purchased a trailer with a VSE steering system. This enables them to reach companies that were previously inaccessible with regular trailers.
De Heus not only want to carry as much feed as possible in one trip, they also want to provide the driver with a tractor-trailer combination that can access hard-to-reach silos so they can be properly replenished. This often involves tight turns around farmyard outbuildings. Frans van de Stroet, transport manager at De Heus, was looking for a well-built trailer that was large yet also lightweight.
VSE once again has the latest ISO certifications
At the end of June 2017, VSE was certified for ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management)! VSE received the certificate from QMSI Quality Management Services International. This agency has been internationally recognised by German accreditation agency DAkks.
The difference to previous certifications is that risk management now plays a bigger role. This proves that we take quality improvement very seriously, in order to continue to provide our customers with the best quality!

VSE on flower trailer thanks to Theo Mulder BV
Flower transporter Fleurs Van den Eijkel of Rijnsburg, in consultation with body builder Theo Mulder BV, also of Rijnsburg, has installed a VSE steering system on a new flower trailer with a gooseneck. Special aspects of this trailer are that is has both a low load floor and small wheels. Nevertheless, thanks to the minimal space required for installation, a VSE steering system could be installed for effective steering of the rearmost trailer axle.
Fleurs Van den Eijkel is family company based in the province of South Holland that has a reputation stretching back years in the flower trade. The Van den Eijkel family has been buying and selling flowers for over half a century, with most of their clientèle abroad.
